Health and Safety:

All Cute and Crafty products contain small parts and are therefore not suitable for children to play with. They are a decoration and NOT a toy. Also they are not fireproof therefore please do not expose to a naked flame.


Product Design:

All of our designs are bespoke and occasionally ribbons and embellishments may not be exactly the same as shown in the product listing. Where possible I try to make a near match, however, if you should wish me not to make a near substitute then please do advise me with your order. Please note that wall fixings are not provided with any of the products.


Delivery Information:

Handmade items can take up to 14 working days (Monday – Friday) to be made and an additional 2-3 days for items to be posted, please allow extra time during busy periods such as October-November. Also some bespoke items may require longer and we will advise you if this is the case. The last date for ordering for guaranteed Christmas 2017 delivery is 11th November 2017.

All orders be shipped via Royal Mail signed for. We cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or not delivered and in these cases we will assist you by providing references/receipts in making a claim to recover your costs of the lost items. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for their non-delivery.


Returns & Refund Policy:

We do not accept the return of any personalised or bespoke products.  However this does not affect your statutory rights. We do not issue refunds due to the design being unsuitable, if the colour is incorrect, if the dimensions are unsuitable etc. It remains your responsibility to ensure that you have chosen the correct colours and that you check the dimensions carefully before proceeding with your order.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that everything is done to your satisfaction, if a mistake is made we will rectify the matter without hesitation.  If you are unhappy with your order,  then simply return within 5 days of being received, in the same  condition  as received and in the original packaging.  All returned items should be notified to us immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the items  in order to obtain a refund. The refund will NOT include the cost of the original posting and any postage costs incurred in returning.  Returned damaged items will not be refunded, therefore please ensure you carefully re-wrap in the original packaging.  Please also obtain proof of postage when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post.  It is advisable to send returns via Royal Mail Signed For.

 Refunds for will be made via paypal.
